Season of the Witch

This weeks movie thriller is “Season of the Witch“, staring Nicolas Cage and Ron Perlman, known for his role as “Hellboy“.

"Season of the Witch" was so much more than critics gave it credit for. The setting takes place in the 14th century when many women were convicted of witchcraft. Cage, a knight during the crusades takes on the task of transporting a young women accused of being a witch to a monastery where the monks will decide her fate. There are many obstacles’ along the way to their destination and the result was something we did not foresee. The acting was believable and the scenery authentic. We don't want to give too much away, but this movie is definitely a must see!  On our scale rating of 1-5 stars, we would give this movie 4 **** stars!
